Board Relationships

We work with leaders and with boards to develop constructive and productive relationships. Optimizing the relationship with the Board of Directors is often a missed opportunity for startup leaders. As critical stakeholders, Board members should also reflect on how well they are aligned with and performing to the needs of the company and the management team.

Perspective2 will:

• Conduct an expectation setting or chartering meeting for all Board members
• Clarify the specific skills and activities needed from Board members
• Facilitate 360-degree feedback processes for Board members
• Develop clear communication agreements between the Board and the management team
