Leadership Team Development
It is impossible to overstate the value of an aligned senior management team to an organization. The hard reality is that reaching alignment is an active and ongoing process, particularly in startups when the management team often grows and changes frequently. Effectively harnessing unique talents and personalities to develop a team sets the tone and the course for the whole company. It is critical to startup success.
While there may be similarities among startup teams, they inherently vary because they are composed of unique individuals. We start by identifying the team dynamics and by articulating the primary goals for that team. We then facilitate meetings and design a supportive and productive working process particular to that team. Sometimes this can be messy and uncomfortable. Sometimes there are huge breakthroughs.
