Constructive Conflict Management

Any group of people working together toward a common goal will eventually experience conflict. Some teams appear to enjoy battling it out, though remain unaware of the costs in terms of time, energy and relationships. Some teams tend to push conflict underground, ignoring it until a crisis arises and reveals how misaligned they are. The truth is that disagreements and team conflict, when managed appropriately, can stimulate better decisions and help leaders grow.

We bring an open mind to dealing with conflict at work and are aware that some conflict situations are more uncomfortable than others. We have a number of models and tools for practicing with conflict to allow for individual growth and collective progress.
